    Hello,
This is to announce that I have committed a bunch of changes to brat into the
repository and bumped the revision to 2.9.7. The major changes are:
    1. Add a tube hit and ring hit mask to BrInelVertex for the purpose of knowing
which rings fired in an attempt to beat down background especially in Run-II p+p.
    2. Changed BrInelVertexModule to use that.
    3. Changed the Inel part of BrVertexFilter to require a settable set of INEL
rings to fire or be filtered out. The default is not to filter on which rings
fire and this feature is used only if activated by the user, so there should be
no change in behavior from what it is now.
4.Major modification to BrCleanupNodesModule. I implemented a way to choose
which node (input, output, both) a table would be cleaned from. In the original
(one I started working with) version, only the input node was cleaned. If not
specified, this remains the default. But now one can specify any or both nodes
to be cleaned. Althought the interface remains the same, the guts of the module
changed dramatically. It at least works for what I wanted it to, so I hope it
works in the original way as well. It was at least designed to.
    5. Added diagnostics in several modules which I can't remember.
    6. Improvements in BrFsGlobalTrackFitModule

    Happy computing

    Kris
