    Hi Steve,
    IIRC, you need to use the DetectorParameter2003.txt file as it is the 
    only one (at least that I know of...)
    which has the MRST0.  Also, at some point, the TOFW entries should be 
    changed to reflect the reduced TOFW, if this has not already happened.
