    I was also very supprised to see nice level for user altasgen is higher 
than our own lsf .  see the dump of top below at rcas0009.

As you can see, altasgen has nice level of 10 whereas ouerdane has 19. 
If someone run the program interactively in this machine, it will 
slowdown ouerdane and not atlasgen.  I do not think that is our 
intention.  (I heard that if we starts lsf job, the job of atlasgen will 
stop.)  Anyhow, I think we should fix this thing (change our or their 
lsf-job nice level).
