Let me remind you all that the drift velocity for all TPC is already in the database for all d-Au runs. The information is stored in the RUNDB in the ConditionsDVM table. (See DAQ page for more details) Each run has several entries for measured drift velocity as well as the unix time of the last event used to make that entry. The quality of the measurement can be controlled with a condition on the width of both gaussian fit: good measurement should have a width less than 80 channels.
