Ciao,

There were a couple of old lines of code in BrTofDeltaDelayCalModule that 
converted the MRS track intersection point with the TOFW panels from 
global to local. But this is not needed anymore (from brat 2.7.8) since 
this point is already expressed in the panel coordinate system. 
Thanks to Claus who directed me to this bug.

I have not changed the brat tag and version.
