I thought all were aware of the fact that the RICH has a leak. The vessel was leak tested under vacuum and was deemed OK, but since we filled the first time we saw the pressure going down slowly (~5%/month) at the beginning we thought C5F12 was liquefiying and tried warming up the tank but the pressure kept going down. We have refilled the RICH twice. I suspect the leak is at the quartz window interface.
