Changes to monitor

    Hello,
This is to announce some enhancements to the monitoring software.
1. There is now a button on the MonitorCanvas which says "Dump to Gif". 
 That button will take the current canvas and dump it to a gif file of 
the users choosing.  The purpose behind this is to allow easy dumping 
for the purpose of stuffing the plot into the elog.

2. The autoprint button now dumps gif files along with an index into 
/opus/home/operator/public_html/MonitorSummary/Rxxxxxx where xxxxxx is 
the run number in addition to sending them to the printer.

Someone should let me know if and when I should install these changes 
into the operator account.
