Hello,
I have updated brat in afs/new to brat-v2.6.3 in order that 
collaborators can use the new stuff in there for the new run.

I also worked some more on supermon.  I finished converting the main 
program over to use the BrAppOptionManager.  That makes it possible now 
to use BrAppOptionManager in a supermon config file in the same way as 
using it in a bratmain script.  That is now committed into the repository.
