We have a convention on what command line options means what (see
[1]).  According to that, the `DetectorParameters.txt' file should be
specified by the option: 

  BrAppStringOption* parametersOption =  
    new BrAppStringOption('p', "parameters", "Parameters file name",  
                          "DetectorParameters.txt"); 

Please change your configuration script accordingly.   

BTW, is that script part of BRAT?  If not, why not, and perhaps it
should be.
