C1 Gain Calib scripts.

I've updated the C1 gain calibration module and added corresponding
bratmain scripts (to scripts/calib/chkv). Now it should be possible
for non-experts to use it. The scheme is the same as for the tof
calibrations.

No conceptual changes has been made - the gain is still found from the
one-photo-electron peak.

I re-did the C1 gain calibrations for every 50 runs for the Au+Au runs
(5361-5983) using these new scripts. The parameters are pretty close to
the old ones, so I don't think it will effect the C1 performance very
much. Anyway, they are all commited to the DB.
