quota's on rcf disks

    To large part to eliminate the need for running out of space on the user disks /brahms/u 
    quota's have been setup for these. The limit is not small 2.5Gb (soft) and hard(3.0) - 
    Once the soft a 2.5 G limitft limit is crossed you should get warning;
    In addition have talked to rcf to 'convert of of the data disks par example /data14 to a
    /brahms/userdata disk with quota's too. Since this is a 400 Gb disk the quotas can be quite generous (0-30Gb)
    {but will not be backed up).
    This will allow use to implement a scheme that the other data-disk are only used for storage of data-files
    no more private directories. We can discuss further how to do this - but something has to be done before next run
    I have several notes from Christian on this which I think will be valuable in setting up a reasonable system
