Brat was bumped to 2.5.4 with the addition of a digitization module for the pp-Inel counters.
modules/digitize/BrInelDigModule , and with changes needed in Include.h and LinkDef.h and Makefile.am

The 'defaulkt gcc_new304' directory was updated over the weekend and thus corresponds to 2.5.2 (not 2.5.4)
At the same time the brat documentaion in brahmlib on pii3 was updated (also 2.5.2)
