I followed the Djam instruction and compiled mrsgenerate with the gcc3 
compiler. The test worked fine, but now we have another problem.

The common brat version compiled with this compiler is too old and needs 
to be updated, since I am using the latest brag.

Can someone update the afs gcc3 branch.
