    What do you mean, `shell script'?  You don't meant a script intepreted
    by your command shell (TCSH, BASH, CSH, KSH, ASH, SH, etc.) do you?

    name.

    This is good.  Are you sure the file `makeSpectra.C' is somewhere ROOT
