`bratroot' has all the BRAT libraries linked in, and hence all the
dictionaries are there, and so it `knows' of all the BRAT classes. 

`bratmain' knows about most of the classes by linking too.   

Check the link flags to these two programs in the appropiate
Makefile.am.
