Hello, To add my two cents worth. During some part of a previous life, I did come up with a BIG set of classes which use the AliRoot stuff to make what I called GBrahmsRoot. It got far enough that I could draw the version of BRAHMS that was in GBRAHMS in March of some year that I forget (probably 2000). I generated this during the NIMROD commissioning. Many nights during the time we were commisioning NIMROD, I would come after an exhausting day and knock another class out. This probably does not mean that we want to jump on this because there are certainly much more important things to do like analyze data and publish papers etc. But the point is that there is enough infrastructure there to Draw brahms. (And I seem to remember that I could even change the angle and it would do predictable things) Kris Flemming Videbaek wrote: >Well >A few more changes had to be done, some offsets in the hits were not >correct, and the gbr2c.f has also been updated to be used with the hits. >In addition a bit of documentation was inserted into the ukcard.cdf file. >The version was tagged 1.1.18.. > >on root and geant - It may be true that this is getting closer, but there is >in fact much more to our geant that >just geometry.
