brag update

    	Hello.  inelastic counters from pp2pp are added to our brag.  The
geometry is not quite exact, but it will work ok.  You can add and remove
each one of the counters by the parameter.  (Look at the code.)  The
default setting is that  all (4*8=32)  scintillator  is active. 

	The more change is coming to brag, event-generator and some part
of brat to include more information.
