Hello. While I happend to look at the ZDC and BB vertex today, I noticed the strange thing. Somehow, the BB vertex has more events than the ZDC vertex. Look at the file "http://pii3.brahms.bnl.gov/~hito/zdc/bb_zdc_vertex.gif". (I do not remember the exact run number, but it is somewhere around 5700. I just looked at the file in /brahms/data09/tracktree directory. I did not make those files. Hence, I do not know what parameters were used to make these files. They must be standard parameters.) Since the actual ZDC efficiency is better than that of the BB, it must be coming from the slewing correction.(???) Anyway, people who are using this detector should be aware of this strange effect.
