Hi I have produced some preliminary spectra that I think are ok but I need to check some more (and add some more settings) AND ADD A TPM1 EFFICIENCY CORRECTION. I found a problem in my code and I now find that the TOFW correction is ~10% and flat (I use 10%). I have continued my work with the TPM1 efficiency and if I include TOFW matching it changes little but seems to be 91 % at 40 degrees. I will run with more data and at diffrenet settings and try to parameterize vs clusters tonight. The results I believe (read hope) is not gonna change by more than 10% (except for the TPM1 correction which I think is in the ball park 5-15% so they can be used to compare with for other MRS guys/girls (and the bold can think about the physics;) The plan is to have another iteration tonight when I have the TPM1 correction.
