    - One reason this was not picked up by RCF which is quite attentive to the problem with disks is that the
    trouble ticket submitted by Pawel was  in the wrong catagory (farm problem) when it is a file server problem
    The trouble tickets go to different people depending on problem.
    - To improve comm within brahms- when a troubleticket is submitted please forward the response generated by the
    automatic system to the brahms-dev-l lists. This enables us all to see what has de facto been complained about
    and for me/us here at BNL to follow up on it in an effective way  Had this been done the problem could have been fixed yesterday.
    - Thirdly for high priority do also go to the RCF contacts and see if there are on watch/shifts (~8am-8 pm) and possible even call
    the number given (depends on the person).
