Brat new update

In agreement  with Ian I will start updating the new directory of Brat in /opt/brahms/new with the Brat version
2.4.1. The important changes are

a) Included the Magnetvolume changes put in by Kris.

b) Have the zdcrdo module that can deal properly with the missing tube.

c) The BrMrsTofMatching module now has a 'default' xHit correction when calculating the diff between slat and
    track projection (0.0095.(slat-62)) This is an 'effective' correction that for the matching only takes care to first order the
    TPM2 problems with track angles. Thus one should not use PanelOffsets any more.

If there are any problems please notify asap - this should be the brat version for the globaltracking+dst/tree step.
