RCF status and Brat status

    The last day or so has been a BAD day for RCF with listservers being down, with NFS server problems causing jobs to be lost etc.
    I think we have to be watch out for the fact the rmine disk system is NOT being backed up. The system that caused most problem for us was data10-data14. Iwll suggest that we duplicate part of thye disk system on some of the other disks as e.g. data5/6/7 and if nessecary
    push people to delete old and not current stuff. We must ensure the analysis for QM has as few obstacles as possible and the RCF status at this point is not too safe.
    
    I will encourage everone who has files on the brahms/dataxx system that was put there a long time ago, and is realy not needed to delete these so we have space for the pass1 and dst level as described by Claus.
