I quickly checked with run 5650 what the constants I got would give. It looks pretty good on average (res. ~ 85 ps). Now, you're right, the time offsets are not really precise from slat to slat. Some tubes are more noisy than others (this could also be seen in the adc gain cal.). Once we have global tracks from early runs (Claus should do it tomorrow), we'll redo time offsets and slewing with high stat. I do think the slewing correction cannot be ignored for our present analysis since the PID is really improved.
