I planned to re-reduce all our 2001 data (to local tracks + raw) during
this weekend, but now I'm stuck.
So far I reduced runs 5361-5468 without problems - the files are in
/brahms/data01/reduced/RXXX.
Since this morning I've tried to pull out runs 5471-5525, but I the
jobs are not executed. The script I'm using is
~ekman/brahms_app/do_app/reduce/ProductionReduction.C
The message from CRS is:
The job submitted by brahms with JOB_ID 1024152459 in queue 1 with
priority 100 and drop_queue 1 has completed.
The completion status of the components are:
Subjob ID Status Node
0 job_1024152459_0 file not found
Job Description File: run005471seq001.jsf.tmp
I'm wandering what file is not found. Another weird behavior is that
only one job at the time is constructed (and not executed). Have any of
you experienced stuff like that? How do I submit a problem report (what is
the user id and password for RCF CTS access on the web)?
Any ideas?
