Installing brat 2.3.16 into pro

Hello,
I have received no comments indicating that the installation of brat 
2.3.16 in the new branch last night had any problems.  Unless I hear a 
reason not to, I will begin the installation of brat 2.3.16 into the pro 
branch of the brahms opt directory on or about 14:00 Texas time.  This 
will make it so that most people in Europe (who are doing the Au+Au 
reconstruction) to finish what they are doing today (friday) and the 
brat 2.3.16 in pro will be fresh and ready to hit it hard during the 
weekend.
