    Let me collaborate a bit more on the update to 2.3.16 as mentioned by Kris.
    The main changes have been in regard
    to tof-pid  ranging from calibration to rdo elements both for pp, and for
    appiing the improved slewing procedure.
    The factual changes are described from the changelog below.
    A few notes are needed.
    
    a) At present factual slewing for MRS is only avalible for 5940 (and
    higher). A good call still has to be inserted for lower runs.
    It is the experience that for theta away from 90 the multiple hits seems to
    make the calibration more diffiicult.
    b)Since the code for appliing slewing is changed a lot the existing slewing
    paramerters for FS are USELESS and will produce
       faulty results. Thus make sure that the TofRdo slewing is turned off
    until NEW calibration have been inserted (with a bit of luck early next
    week).
    c) a sample result from  MRS at 5940 is attacjhed here showing an overall
    timing resolution in MRS at 90 of better than 80 psec (some individual
    channels are better and other somewhat worse).
    
    To make the slewing for lower runnumbersI really need reduced files for a 90
    deg setting equivalent to 80K mrs tracks.
    Other angles are not so useful. The slewings for MRS will have to be looked
    at but likely the 12 deg 5940- set is quite good for this.
