Magnet gaps in brag

    Hi,

I've just checked out brag (after the latest magnet gap update) and 
checked some positions in the BFS. The gap length along the X direction 
doesn't match for D3 and D4 :

               D3        D4
  SQL DB :     38        40
  BRAG   :     40.005    44.625

D5 looks fine.

The positions of the DCs and magnets are all wrong ( from 1 cm to 4 cm 
offsets in X in some cases), (the angles too but it's an easy correction).
I can spend a lot of time tuning the parameters "refdist" and 
"clearance"  for each of the detectors unless someone tells me how to 
related these quantities to the positions given in the geo output 
(global). That's urgent.
