    Hi

Here is a short update about what I have been doing the last week.

I have been trying to reproduce my analysis in the MRS from almost scratch
and has not completely finished. The major problem has been that the
default parameter file on the bramreco account is bad. The drift
velocities and timing offsets are incorrect for all TPCs. This had a huge
influence on the MRS where we only just now got drift velocities in the
database. I think this should be changed!

I have modified the acceptance generater for the MRS Modified so
that it now throws flat but more efficient vertex distribution. The first
tests looks good and the idea is to make acceptancemaps for different
    setting with 2 vertex binnings : 6 [-15;15] 7 [-17.5;17.5] and make them
available somewhere in an AFS directory so we don't all has to generate
these maps. (it is in brahms_app/pc_app/brag/generate/mrsgenerate.cxx
    (compile with brat-compile))

David and I are trying to reproduce the JH mass2 dependencies on momentum.
We are also trying to look at trackVtx-bbVtx vs p for the MRS to see if
    there is any dependence.

I have helped Pawel very little with his very nice study of T2 using T3
tracks. It seems that the pad dependence is very small (he does not see
any) and that the dirt velcities calculated from the fibres is good to
    within 1%.

    Projects for next week :
Reproduce plots at MRS. Continue study with David. Look at TPC
    calibrations. Gone talking from thursday;)

Have a nice weekend and thanks for a nice meeting
       Peter
