brat and root on afs on RH7.2 on RCF

    Hello,
This is to announce that I have installed the latest brat (2.3.8) and the latest
root (3.03.04) into /opt/brahms/pro and /opt/brahms/new under the @sys for RH
7.2.  That means that they are available on the RCF machines that have been
upgraded to RH 7.2.  Give them a try if you have the urge.

I did notice to my great surprise that the pii's which are on RH 7.2 still see
the afs with @sys set for RH 6.2.  I suppose that can be addressed.

I would expect that baring problems the pro version will remain as it is for
some time while the new version will evolve on a much faster timescale.

Let me know if there are any problems.
