centrality calibration update

    Hi,
I have updated the multiplicity to centrality calibration for the MA to 
better handle high
multiplicity events.  The previous calibration was throwing an excessive 
number
of events into the cent=0 (most central) bin.  At the same time, I have 
changed the
maximum vertex condition for the centrality calculation from 45 cm to 35 
cm.
Already at 35 cm the vertex is outside of the SiMA and beyond the actual 
calibration
range (which requires a vertex < 30 cm).
