I've made a rough adc gain calibration of the RICH, and introduced
some changes in the RICH software.

- BrChkvRdoModule: Introduced gain calibration.

- BrRichPidModule: Made new histograms that show offsets of the
                   image plane. Introduced a method to set the 
                   imageplane offset (and updated the default 
                   values). I've made a couple of other small 
                   changes in the algorithm.

This has improved the results a bit. You can find a couple of nice
plots (and a presentation that I'll do in Giessen on monday at "European
Graduate College") here
