Happy new year dev'ils, thought I'd try to increase the traffic on this
    list again :-)

While working with the current centrality code I found a bug - the array
that holds the calib. constants in BrMultCentTmpCalibration had not been
expanded while the number of constants had increased for 200GeV data. The
result was centralities on the order of 10^(29)... I fixed this and
updated BrMultCentTmpCalibration in brat - Steve, I assumed you wouldn't
    mind me changing this.

I also added a few more histograms to BrMultCentModule to make life a bit
    easier.

Brat is now tagged 2.2.11 :-)

After these changes I can use brat more or less blindly to get
centralities for 200GeV data that look very reasonable. Hooray :-)
