Ho... Since brat is now uncompilible without libMySQL from root, I'm
trying to add mysql to the machines in Oslo. I've gotten hold of the
newest binary version and installed (or rather unpacked, as that was all
that was necesseary to get the libs), and then compiled root with
mysql-support. However, when I compile brat I get

    /mn/fireball/data/brahms/software/root/root/install/lib/root/libMySQL.so:
    undefined reference to `uncompress'
    /mn/fireball/data/brahms/software/root/root/install/lib/root/libMySQL.so:
    undefined reference to `compress'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

under db/apps, db/test and modules/test at least (anywhere where -lMySQL
    is added, I guess...)

Does anyone know how I can fix this? Oh, and:

    fireball(16) /mn/fireball/data/brahms/software/brat2/brat>mysql --help
    mysql Ver 11.15 Distrib 3.23.40, for pc-linux-gnu (i686)

    Ping :-)
