Hi all,

I've introduced a (new) member in the tof calibration, the time offset but 
this time evaluated slat to slat (class version number incremented to 4.
 
This is ok as long as we don't perform a 
slewing correction wehere we need to separate both signals. I've updated 
the calibration module dealing with it, 
the rdo and pid modules and a couple of cosmetic things.

This deserved a new brat tag: BRAT-2-1-28 and a new version number: 2.1.28
