Hi deviants, I have done some pedestal calibrations (for all pid detectors, and bb) from the calibration run 5660. I see from the run DB that the next pedestal run is 5666. I have therefore made the interval for run 5660-5666 (perhaps it should have been 5665? That was the announcement, which clearly does not belong on the dev list. The questions are: where should such things be announced, or should we just make a web page where we can see what runs have been calibrated? Question 2: How should the intervals really be defined? Also, I'd like to point out that my being able to do this was because of some rather nice software that Djamel has made available in the latest release(s) of BRAT. What I have used can be found under scripts/calib If the rest of the calibration proecess is as painless as the pedestals, I think that we can start calibration shifts by next week. After I get through the whole calibration chain (tonight? tomorrow? December?) I'll set the calShifts up. Anyone who is not on realShift care to be a guniea pig? Cheers, Ian
