Hi Christian, Just a few words to clarify my point with the tracking scheme I rewrote (I have to go back the the Rad Worker training in 1/2 an hour...exiting! :) As I said it took me very little time to rewrite the stuff. The goal was not (unfortunately) to provide a much better organization and class structure to the global tracking and to more general things. At some point, it should be done. I just don't have time to do that. maybe some new students when Brahms is more mature ? It sounds like we always make things not right from the beginning...but we have some physics analysis goals to reach in a short time and therefore have to use the existing thing. So my real point was to clean up the latter and make it a bit more flexible for calibration purpose, nothing else. But still, you have good points and ideas. When you get a PhD stipend, you can go ahead with them :) (I'm not being arrogant by saying this, I'm in fact encourage you to speed up your master thesis so that you can put your original ideas into brat ASAP without being stressed by other priorities...I'm personally not in this position anymore :) Ciao Djam Djamel Ouerdane ------------------------------------------o | Niels Bohr Intstitute | Home: | | Blegdamsvej 17, DK-2100 Ø | Jagtvej 141 2D, | | Fax: +45 35 32 50 16 | DK-2200 Copenhagen N | | Tel: +45 35 32 52 69 | +45 35 86 19 74 | | http://www.nbi.dk/~ouerdane | | ouerdane@nbi.dk | o---------------------------------------------------------o
