Hello, This should be on brahms-l, but I cannot do that from my home, so I have put it on here since I think most people have an entry on the brahms-dev-l server also. I have incorporated a good fraction of the comments I received last week into the NIM paper. I am leaving for BNL even as I type and I plan to have a quick run through tomorrow (16-Oct) with Flemming (time permitting) and if all goes well I will transmit it to Tom Ludlam shortly after that and be finished with this exercise. I put the revised version onto the web in the usual places: http://Cyclotron.tamu.edu/hagel/BrahmsNIMPaper.doc, .ps http://www.sdcc.bnl.gov/brahms/private/detectors/NIM/BrahmsNIMPaper-15Oct200 1-1.doc, .ps Take a look if you want and you should see what is very close to the "final version" If you don't agree with the changes, speak up fast and your objections will be considered. One thing which did not happen for the most part in the revisions concerns figures. I stated very clearly that if you wanted a new figure, you needed to provide me with that figure. There were many suggestions for new figures, but not a single one was supplied to me. I concluded that the people who did that had the similar luck in extracting figures from people that I have had for the last 8 months. I therefore did not entertain any of the figure suggestions with the exception of a few notable figure improvements. So let me state again. If you want a figure to be considered for inclusion, you need to supply me with the figure in an electronic format. And now it needs to be FAST. Enjoy Regards Kris
