Hi,
I'm trying to build brag with the 2000 cernlib.  The
configuration script claims I need lapack and blas, however,
which I don't have. It looks like the CERN_PRE_2001
switch is being improperly set.  Is there a way to force
this to recognize that I'm behind the times?
