I've changed the numbering of histograms for the cherenkov detectors in
the BrOnlineMonitors so that all tubes/histograms now are counted from
1. I've also introduced a new 2D histogram for C1 that shows the summed
adc signals on the sensitive plane - similar to the one that's there for
the RICH image plane. 

I didn't check out and compiled on the operated account - I'll do that
tomorrow...
