Hello collaborators,

I made some small changes in the files BrDigitizeTPC.h and .cxx for 
improved description of angled tracks and of residuals:
  
- Corrected bug (?) in formulae for track slope dependence
Added members for: 
- setting min. no of bins in a BrTpcSequence (default
now set to 2, corresponding to original, hardcoded value -
should be 3?)
- ratio of total no. of electrons / electrons per pad
