Hello,
This is to announce two changes to the respository.
1. We added 4 words to the trigger pattern in BrEventHeader.
   YES, WE CHANGED THE CLASS VERSION NUMBER.  That means there
   will be no problem, right!
   This was necessary, because Flemming added another 3 words 
   to the readout to test a vertex trigger done on the ZDC time 
   difference.
2. I made some changes to BrOnlineMonitorZDC to build on some
   of the improvements Andre made while he was here.  They were
   also quite useful in diagnosing the ZDC problems
   yesterday.

These changes are committed to the respective respositories.  I also updated
brat and brop in the operator account so that the shifters can
immediately begin to use this latest and greatest brat and brop.
