    Dear Collaborator,

I will like to follow up on the essential part of Christians message,
    regarding
the responsibilities of anayone who modifies and checks in to follow the
    guidelines
that have been written up both in terms of rules, as well as a craeful
    complete checkout before stuff is
put back into cvs. There is a lot of people out there using the software,
who depends on having a good
    version of brat in CVS.
If you are in doubt precesily what to do, please ask before checkins
either another collaborator at your institution or the list server.

    Thanks
        Flemming
