Howdy

I changed tube numbering in BrOnlineMonitorC1 to start from 1 and not 0
as it has been so far.

I also removed 'exit' function call in BrOnlineMonitorTPC.

Taking into account Eun-Joo's modifications, I bumped the revision to
1.0.4 and tagged it BROP-1-0-4
