Hi

I added a new class in brahms_app called ToTreeModule.
It is a template class that generates a tree for simple
brat classes like BrTpcHit and BrDigTof when used with bratmain.

It is not very well structured but since some people might want to look at
TPM1 hits it is fast to do using this and tested, look at
pc_app/totreemodule/README (short;).

It also illustrates how to make a template class based on the example from
roottalk :
