Hi,

I've updated BrChkvPedCalModule so that there's no shift in the tube
numbering for C1 (start from 0) but I still think that this should be
fixed in BrRawDataInput (like for the RICH).

I laso removed the TList member and replaced by histogram members to make
it faster at run time.
