beam pipe location in brag

    	The default location of beam pipe has been moved by .7 cm (actualy
.69 cm)  toward TPM1 to reflect the actual location.  You can change the
value by using set_param command.  For examle,

set_param beam offset 0.0

This will move the beam pipe offset to be 0.0 cm like the last year
setting.
