Hi, In order to use the new BB calibration classes that deal with the database, I wrote a small application, Commit.cxx and put it brahms_app/do_app/bb/apps It reads the official BrCalibrBB.dat and stores things in the DB (need at least brat 2.0.14) How to use it: Usage: Commit [options] Options: -d --debug Debug level, default is 0 -f --final-run Final run, default is 0 -h --help Show this help, default is true -i --input-file Input file, default is -p --parameters Parameters file name, default is DetectorParameters.txt -r --start-run Start run, default is 0 -V --version Version number, default is false Normal usage: Commit -r 2501 -f 2515 -i <some dir>/BrCalibrBB.dat IMHO, it is time to exploit the DB for the beam-beam counters as well. Hope this is useful. Cheers!
