Hi Eun-Joo, On Wed, 18 Jul 2001 13:47:11 -0400 (EDT) Eun-Joo Kim <ejkim@rcf2.rhic.bnl.gov> wrote concerning ": bmsubmit": > > Dear Christian, > > When I submit one jsf-job (one sequence), not whole sequences of one run, > the option "-s, -m" in bmsubmit didn't work. Uh! > Flemming fixed it yesterday. I found that was not cvs updated. I don't think Flemming fixed it in the CVS repository (Flemming, there's a checkout in brahmlib@rcf:~/src), and hence when I made a series of other changes, these fixes was lost. Flemming, could you please make the fix again. > Since I am running crs-job now, I need right "bmsubmit" > ...I've committed "bmsubmit". Thanks. > (I am not sure whether "bgsubmit" has same problem or not.) Well, bgsubmit is not currently functional at all, so ... To all of you that may be a bit bewildered about all this, and have no idea what we're talking about, here's a short explanation: What we're talking about is CRASH (please play Ride of the Valkyrie by Wagner at max volume, espacially the part with the cymbals to give the proper ambient) which is a package for creating Job Summary Files (JSFs) approppiate for submitting jobs to the Central Reconstruction Server (CRS) Linux Farm at RCF. The current status of this package is more or less stable for bratmain based jobs, and not implemented for BRAG based jobs. I'll send out a message describing CRASH in more details when I feel more confident about the whole thing.
