Hi

I made the following changes to brop/monitor :
CVS: Modified Files:
CVS:    BrOnlineMonitorC1.h BrOnlineMonitorC1.cxx
Tried to make the monitor more user friendly for shifters.
Added pedestals and hit info (adc > ped + 200).

CVS: Modified Files:
CVS:    BrOnlineMonitorTof.cxx BrOnlineMonitorTof.h
Removed the very demanding tdc vs adc histograms, since they were not
usable for anything and took up a huge amount of space.
I increased the software hit threshold to adc > ped + 200.

I hope that the C1 can serve as a starting point for the RICH.

I have updated the monitor on the operator account.
