    I was not able to make a simple example that illustrates the problem.
    My quess it's an effect of a complex mix of things.  If you want to, I
    can provide you with the full source code of all the libraries, plus
    an input file (though it's really the output file that's the problem),
    an example application and so on, so you can invsetigate.
